Consequences Gatekeeper / Pastoral Administrator

 

37 hours, (Term Time plus 1 week) NJC Scale 3 SCP 5-6

Actual wage: £16,239 - £16,563

Required from September 2019.

An exciting opportunity has become available at our state of the art school. This is an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic, highly-motivated administrator.

Our ethos of ‘Ensuring Excellence’ is at the forefront of everything that we do. The successful candidate will complete administrative procedures for the school’s behaviour and rewards system.

The successful candidate will have:

  • Experience in general clerical/administrative work

  • Experience of operation of administrative systems

  • A knowledge of school student MIS systems would be an advantage

  • Work constructively as part of a team, understanding school roles and responsibilities and your own position within these

  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and organisations skills

  • Excellent ICT skills and experience using Microsoft Office packages

  • Confidence and ability to relate well to children and adults; proactive friendly ‘can do’ attitude

  • Shows enthusiasm and commitment to undertaking tasks as required and in particular in seeing tasks through to completion

  • First aid trained or willingness to undertake first aid training
